Magisterial District Judge Attorney William H. Amesbury ESQ. of Magisterial District11-1-01 of Wilkes-Barre, administered the oath of office to thirty-nine members of the Luzerne County Constables Association Chapter 40at Holy Saviour Church Hall, Hillard St., Wilkes Barre on Sunday, January 20. The other 52 members were sworn in on January 1. Chapter 40 consists of 91 constables from several local counties.
