Marine Corps golf tourney benefits Toys for Tots

The Marine Corps League Black Sheep Detachment held its 1st Annual Toys for Tots Golf Tournament at Blue Ridge Golf Course last September and raised over $2,786 for Toys for Tots and $900 which was allocated for the veterans for the VA Hospital. The Hole-In-One prize was a 2007 Chevy S Impala sponsored by Ken Pollack Chevrolet.
The League will host their 2nd Annual Golf Tournament on June 28 at Pine Hills Golf Course and all proceeds will again benefit the Toys for Tots campaign. Anyone interested in making a donation, or participating in this event can contact: Darwin Perschau at 655-8081 for information.
