The registration schedule for each school will be the following:

It is important that any parents who have not yet registered their child for kindergarten for the 2008-2009 school year do so at this time. The District needs accurate numbers so they may finalize staffing needs to insure that an appropriate class size be maintained.
Parents/guardians are urged to make sure that their children are registered.
Parents should take note of these important facts:
Children must be five years old before August 31, 2008 to enter kindergarten.
A birth certificate or other acceptable evidence of age must be provided upon registration.
A social security card must be presented.
Proof of residence (most current utility bill or rent receipt) must be presented. Driver¹s license or auto owner¹s card will not be accepted.
State law requires that children attempting to enroll must have proper immunization. Therefore, immunization records must be presented.
Children entering Kindergarten must have the proper vaccines (DTP or DTAP, polio, measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella).
Children who become registered at this time will receive a hearing and readiness screening.
