United in Marriage

Linda Hoover and Jason J. Roche Sr were united in marriage on August 2, 2008 at St. John the Evangelist Church in Pittston. The ceremony was performed by Monsignor John J. Bendik.
The bride is the daughter of Brian and Priscilla Hoover of Hughestown. She is the granddaughter of the late William and Cecelia Hoover and the late Morlyn and Elsie Leppert.
The groom is the son of Frank Roche of Duryea and Jane Roche of Pittston Township. He is the grandson of the late Joseph and Nettie Roche and the late Joseph and Jane Mulhern.
The bride, escorted down the aisle by her father, chose Maria Peters, sister of the bride as her matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Jane Maas, sister of the groom, Mariah Fabbri, Meghan Peters, nieces of the bride and Kassity Roche, daughter of the groom. The gifts were presented at the altar by Taylor and Morgan Maas, nieces of the groom.
The groom chose his brother, Frank Roche as his best man. Groomsmen were Todd Jeffrey and Trevor Holtz, nephews of the bride, Kenny Smoke Jr., son of the bride and Jason Roche, Jr., son of the groom. Cocktail hour and reception were held at the Gramercy Ballroom in Pittston following the ceremony.
The bride is a graduate of Pittston Area High School and is employed by Tammac Holdings Corporation. The groom is a graduate of Pittston Area High School and is employed by Sysco.
The couple honeymooned in Las Vegas, Nevada and currently reside in Hughestown with their children, Kenny, Jason and Kassity.
