Laura V. Piccotti, 71, of Taylor, died Wednesday, January 2, 2008, under VNA Hospice Care, Community Medical Center, Scranton.
Born June 18, 1936, Laura was a daughter of the late Rocco and Mary Daloisio Quaranta.
She is survived by children, Dave Piccotti and wife, Karen, Arthur Piccotti and wife, Donna, Joseph Piccotti and wife, Natalie, Roseann Riccio and husband, Dan, and Maria Speicher and husband, Bob, Taylor; brother, Rocky Quaranta; sister, Nancy Fanelli; nine grandchildren.
Funeral was Jan. 5 from the Thomas P. Kearney Funeral Home, 517 N. Main St., Old Forge, with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary of the Assumption R.C. Church, to be celebrated by Rev. Louis T. Kaminski. Interment will follow in Old Forge Cemetery.
