Marjorie M. Wancho, 84, of Boston Avenue, West Pittston, died March 20, 2008 in Wilkes-Barre General Hospital.
Born in West Wyoming, she was a daughter of the late Jess and Eunice Lamoreaux Fink. For many years, she was employed at the Purex Corp. Mrs. Wancho was a member of the Apostolic Church of West Pittston.
Preceding her in death was her husband, Joseph, and son Frederick; several brothers and sisters.
Surviving are children Bonnie Leggio, West Pittston; Joseph and his wife, Diane, Middletown, N.Y.; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law Barbara Wancho, West Haverstraw, N.Y.; sisters Dora Guilford and Ruth Barrett, both of West Pittston; Grace Gordon, Middletown, N.Y.; brother Billie Fink, Laurel Run; nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held March 22 in the Metcalfe and Shaver Funeral Home Inc, Wyoming. Interment, Memorial Shrine Cemetery, Carverton.
