Want to feel 10 years younger? The Greater Pittston YMCA is now offering free polar body age assessments with every purchase of a single or family membership. The assessment will include a one time assessment of body composition, cardiovascular fitness, strength and flexibility, and body age using state of the art fitness technology. In addition we are also offering custom cardio programs designed for you by our trained fitness professionals.
Through POLAR technology, we can develop personalized health and fitness portfolios and create customized exercise and nutrition programs for you and all members of your family. We are also offering, in addition, personal training packages that will partner with you through your POLAR profiles to extend your wellness goals even further!
