William R. Krupp, Exeter, died, April 29, 2008, at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital.
He was born May 12, 1947, a son of the late William and Ruth Krupp and a brother of the late Nancy Krupp. He was a graduate of Forty Fort HS, class of 1966. He played semi-pro baseball with Swoyersville in the Old Central and Sheridan League. He held the office of secretary in the Exeter Little League, adn was a coach. He was also a member and usher at Maranatha Fellowship Church, Swoyersville.
He is survived by his wife, Leona, of 38 years. They would have celebrated their 39th wedding anniversary July 12. Also surviving are his son, Michael, and his wife, Alissa, who were his best friends; granddaughter Gianna Davina, the apple of his eye; daughter Michele Wrobleski and her husband, Rob; two grandsons, Robin James and Connor; as well as two other girls who adopted him as grandfather, Katelyn and Krista.
A memorial celebration will be held May 6, at 7 p.m. at Maranatha Fellowship Church, Swoyersville.
