The Second Presbyterian Church, Parsonage Street, Pittston, Worship Committee continues to sponsor special programs for the Lenten Season. These services are held every Sunday evening at 5:00 p.m. in the church sanctuary. The public is invited to attend.
This Sunday, February24, the United Voices Choir of Mount Zion Baptist Church, Wilkes-Barre, will lead the service in song. The choir, led by Stefanie Brewster and accompanied by instrumentalists, Jesse Wade, James Giddings and Dave Pickett, has approximately 25 members.
Following the presentation, a light supper will be supplied by the members of the Session.
