Tickets for annual Hughestown Girls Softball League banquet will be on sale Sundays, July 13 and 20 from 2-3 p.m., Wednesdays, July 15, 22 from 6-7 p.m. Call Joann at 451-3879 if any girl needs tickets. Any question call Don Sr. at 655-0879.
Hughestown High School Class of 1958 graduated 50 years ago in June, although no one can remember the exact date. The following are the classmates:

Hughestown Borough council will meet Monday July 14 with Barbara Gatto presiding.
Anyone with problems with the Sewer Maintenance Fees is asked to drop them off at borough building, write the correct addresses or elimination of the fee.
The new recycling truck is on the road. Residents have been co-operative. Co-mingles consist of cans, bottles, please make sure they are clean. Monday is newspapers, Tuesday cans, bottles, Wednesday, grass.
