Jeanette Charge, 85, of Pittston Twp., died July 22, 2008 at home.
Born in Hughestown on September 8, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Anna Yocche Litz. She attended Hughestown schools. Prior to her retirement, she was employed in the local garment industry. She was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church and its Altar and Rosary Society.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael J. Charge in 1979; a sister, Madeline Moss and a brother, Anthony Litz.
Surviving are her daughter, Janet Boughton with whom she resided; grandchildren, Jude, Michelle, Jennifer and Erin Boughton; sisters, Helen Michalec, Pittston and Anna Healey, Pittston township; brother, George Litz, Cresco; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great nephews.
Funeral services were July 25 from the Peter J. Adonizio Funeral Home, West Pittston with a Mass of Christian Burial in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Pittston.Interment, Pittston Cemetery.
