Gloria Genaro, 72, passed away on March 25, 2008, in Camarillo, CA.
She was born on Nov. 20, 1935, in Scranton. She lived in Old Forge before moving to California with her family, where she lived for the last 26 years. Gloria did some ongoing committee work for Padre Serra Parish in California.
She was preceded in death by brothers Patrick, Ralph and Nicholas Sabetta.
Gloria is survived by her husband, Edward; three children, Karen, Eddie and Glenn; and grandson Michael. She is also survived by two sisters, Jean Krisanda and Helen Menichello, both of Moosic Lakes; and numerous other relatives.
A visitation and vigil service was held March 28, at Griffin Family Funeral Chapel in Camarillo, CA. A funeral Mass was held March 29, at Padre Serra Parish also in Camarillo.
