Stress management tips for consumers highlighted a recent training held at United Rehabilitation Services (URS), Tunkhannock. The training, sponsored by Luzerne-Wyoming Counties Mental Health and Developmental Services, in concert with the Luzerne-Wyoming Counties Training Council on Quality and The Advocacy Alliance NE PA Health Care Quality Unit, provided consumers with a basic understanding of stress management, physical effects of stress on the body and ideas and activities to help manage stress.
