Connie (Jorissen) Marshall, of Tampa, Fla., passed away after a long battle with cancer on Jan. 4, 2013, under the loving care of her family and Hospice.
Born Feb. 18, 1933, in West Pittston, she was the daughter of Anna Moser Messick and Ner Wilson. She graduated from West Pittston High School, class of 1951. She recently retired as new accounts manager from T.P.I Travel Services, Tampa.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Ray Marshal and Vance Jorissen, and her son Jeffrey Jorissen. Connie will be sadly missed and remembered for her caring heart, warm spirit and inspiring courage. She is survived by her son Gregg and his wife, Debbie Jorissen, Tampa; grandson, Jeff Jorissen, Cocoa Beach, Fla.; sister, Bev Bryden, West Pittston; stepsons, Mike and Bill Marshall of Wisconsin; nieces and nephews. As per Connie’s request, there will not be a service. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Life Path Hospice.
