On the menu is a slow roasted fresh pig by Hughestown’s own smokemaster Frankie Ardo and the area’s best dry rubbed smoked pork from Barbeque by Barry (B3Q Smoke House in West Pittston) along with hotdogs, hamburgs and with many other fixings, such as corn on the cob, pasta, macaroni salad, cole slaw, baked beans and watermelon.

Several local bands will provide entertainment, including local favorite Flaxy Morgan, 12 Letters, Eddie Delucca Acoustic, and Brimstone. The Coors Light Chrome Entertainment Truck from L.T. Verrastro will also be on the grounds from 1 to 3 p.m.

This year’s event will include some new twists such as wine tastings, a Q&A session with a trained Beer Ambassador, Gift Card Raffles, Private Firkin Tastings for an additional $5, and much more.
