The Holy Rosary school is looking for golfers for its Fifth Annual Holy Rosary Golf Tournament on Sunday, Sept. 15 at the Pine Hills Country Club in Taylor. The tournament is captain and crew format with lunch and dinner included. Registration is at noon and the shotgun start will be at 1 p.m. Cost is $90 per golfer or $360 for a foursome which includes a tee sponsor.

The John “Beno” Borzell Drive for Excellence golf tournament will be held on Saturday, Sept. 21 at Fout Seasons Golf Club in Exeter. The format is captain and crew with an 8 a.m. shotgun start. Cost is $65 per golfer and includes 18 holes with a cart, breakfast and a barbecue with prizes after the tournament. The first Duryea Fire Softball tournament, benefiting firefighter Jordan Thomas, will be held on Sept. 20, 21, 22 at the Dupont Little League Field.
