The Falls Active Adult Center sponsored by the Area Agency on Aging for Luzerne/Wyoming counties recently had a presentation and demonstration on techniques to promote relaxation to enhance body and mind wellness.

Sharon Hinchey, the presenter, is a representative from “Women Heart,” The National Coalition for Women with Heart Disease. The Crocheting Club from the center presented Sharon with red scarves made by the group to be given to women who have had a heart attack.
