Luzerne Intermediate Unit 18 Special Education teacher Bianca Arrigo, along with family members, donated books and puzzles to nine LIU classrooms in February. Arrigo’s niece, Lauren Evans, read to the students in Katie Gaylord’s classroom at the State Street Elementary School in the Wyoming Valley West School District.
