Krystal Strazik and Ryan Decker, along with their families, are pleased to announce their engagement and upcoming marriage. The bride-to-be is the daughter of the late George and Adeline Strazik of Old Forge. The prospective groom is the son of Bruce and Veronica Decker of Duryea. He is the grandson of the late Robert and Reva Decker of Duryea.
Miss Strazik is a 1998 graduate of Old Forge High School. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Marywood University in 2003 and a Clinical Doctorate in audiology from the University of Maryland in 2009. Krystal is an audiologist for Surgical Specialists of Evangelical in Lewisburg.
Mr. Decker is a 2001 graduate of Pittston Area High School and earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration in 2005. Ryan is sales executive currently employed by Highmark in Wilkes-Barre.
The couple will exchange vows this August in Tulum, Mexico. A local reception will be held in Drums upon their return.
