Nicole Policare, formerly of Dupont, and Matthew Armstrong, of Bel Air, Maryland, were united in marriage on April 25, 2015 at Webster Congressional Church in Havre De Grace, Maryland, with Pastor Don Dove officiating.

The bride was escorted and given away by her mother, Carol Boyer Policare, of Bel Air, Maryland, formerly of Dupont. Maternal grandparents are the late John and Florene Boyer.

The groom is the son of Robert Jr. and Jean Armstrong. The groom’s maternal grandmother is the late Margaret Lawrence and paternal grandparents are the late Robert Sr. and Amy Armstrong.

Matron of honor was Jessen Murphy, maid of honor was Lisa Krueger and bridesmaids were Bailee Antal, Haifaa Sebiti, Elizabeth King, sister of the groom; and Celina Boyer, cousin of the bride.

Best man was Rob Armstrong, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Micah McBride, Chris Rein, Dan Kelly, Brett Kelly, Steve Barker, Larry Holton and Steve Nalewajko, cousin of the bride.

A rehearsal dinner was hosted by the parents of the groom at MacGregors Restaurant in Havre De Grace, Maryland. Following the ceremony, a reception was held at Geneva Farms Golf Course in Street, Maryland.

A bridal shower was hosted by Sandy Nalewajko, aunt of the bride. at MaGerks Restaurant in Bel Air, Maryland.

The bride is a graduate of Towson University with a bachelor’s degree in speech-language pathology and audiology. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in ABA therapy and is employed at Kennedy Krieger Institute.

The groom is a graduate of Wyoming Technical Institute with a focus on collision and refinishing and is employed at Jefferson Shaw Collision Craft.

Following a honeymoon trip to Jamaica, the couple will reside in Bel Air, Maryland where they have purchased their first home.
