WEST PITTSTON — Youngsters started celebrating Halloween a bit earlier than usual this year during the West Pittston Library’s Halloween party on Friday, Oct. 23. Kids dressed in their Halloween best and their parents attended the fete, participating in several seasonal activities and an esepcially spooky story time.
