EXETER — Members of the Exeter Lions Club handed out treat bags to students of JFK Elementary School during the club’s annual Goblin Watch on Friday, Oct. 30. Students dressed in costume paraded from the school on Penn Avenue to the Lions’ gazebo on the corner of Wyoming Avenue and Lincoln Street.
