JENKINS TWP. — The 2016 county and Jenkins Township taxes have been mailed to property owners. Rebate period ends Thursday, April 7. Office hours are from 3 to 5 p.m. on Mondays and from 1 to 4 p.m. on Wednesdays at the Jenkins Township municipal building. Hours are also available from 5:30 to 7 p.m. on Mondays at 3 Laflin Road, Inkerman. Appointments can be arranged by calling the tax collector at 570-654-9710. Payments can be sent by mail with the postmark accepted as payment date. If a receipt is required, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope with payment.
New property owners who have not received a bill, contact the collector.
