The day starts with temperatures at or below freezing in the area but a warm-up will make it another bright and comfortable day with a high of 65.

It was 32 degrees at 7 a.m. according to the National Weather Service with a light breeze at 4 miles per hour and humidity at 66 percent.

The thermometer is expected to rise to 65 but it should feel up to seven degrees warmer thanks to all the sun, scant wind and the low humidity. The lack of cloud cover will again mean a big drop tonight, with a low of 39 degrees.

Monday will mark a return to summer-like weather despite the calendar still saying April, with a high of 73, but after that the week slowly slips back to spring temperatures with a high of 68 on election day Tuesday, 60 on Wednesday, and 54 on Thursday.
