Children’s Day at Pittston Farmers Market is July 26

PITTSTON — Children’s Day at the farmers market will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 26.

Children will plant and learn how to make summer drink with CEO Weinberg Food Bank and there will be face painting. Jubilee Balloons will be on hand to make balloon sculptures and Mary Baker will have a sing-a-long with the children from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Friends of the Pittston Library will be giving away free books and also selling chances for the Back-to-School Backpack filled with supplies and gift cards.
