AVOCA —An open house and ribbon cutting ceremony will be held Saturday, Jan. 7 to celebrate the new location for the Avoca Borough Building located at the corner of Main and Vine Streets.
The open house will begin at 11 a.m. and the ribbon cutting will be at 11:15 a.m.
