The Laflin Crime Watch recently hosted a personal safety seminar entitled “Refuse to be a Victim,” designed to teach about the nature of crime as well as strategies and techniques individuals can employ to reduce their risk of becoming a victim of crime. The Laflin Crime Watch meets at 7 p.m. every Monday at the borough building, 47 Laflin Road.
