YATESVILLE — The Greater Pittston Chamber of Commerce, along with PA CareerLink Luzerne County, Luzerne/Schuylkill Workforce Investment Board and Pittston Area School District, will host Career Exploration Day sponsored by MERICLE Commercial Real Estate from 7:45 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Friday, April 7 at Pittston Area High School.
The event is an opportunity for companies to share information with students about careers within their industry and organization. The goal is to encourage students to remain in the area after graduation. In addition, the school is celebrating its 50th anniversary as Pittston Area School District and there will be many Pittston Area alumni present.
