DURYEA — Students of Holy Rosary School spent a week preparing for the visit of Pope Francis to the United States by working on special classroom projects.
Students participated in the Walk With Francis online pledge, created a school-wide mural which stands in the gymnasium, and raised money to benefit St. Joseph’s Center family/infant program by donating money to have a selfie with the school’s Pope Francis cardboard stand-up.
