The Wyoming Valley will continue to dry out Friday as morning temperatures will rise to 52 degrees by noon. Partly sunny skies will make a picture perfect day for the elementary school Halloween costume parades.

Friday night, temperatures will dip to about 32 degrees.

Saturday highs near 51 degrees will set the stage for a great day to get those last minute Halloween treats. Goblins and ghouls will not be frightened by 41-degree temperatures and five- to ten-mile-an-hour South winds.

Sunday the Wyoming Valley will have a 40 percent chance of rain with high temperatures reaching 57 degrees and nighttime lows of 44 degrees.

Partly sunny skies on Monday will bring near 60-degree temperatures to the Wyoming Valley.
