Friday morning traffic is flowing in the Wyoming Valley

Friday morning traffic on Wyoming Valley highways is flowing freely.

Areas of moderate to heavy traffic are reported in areas of Route 11 extending from Pittston to West Nanticoke, in both directions.

Motorists in the Back Mountain can expect to encounter heavy traffic at the intersection of Carverton Road and Route 309, in both directions.

Heavy traffic is reported on Wilkes-Barre City roads, including North River and Market streets, Wilkes-Barre Boulevard, and Coal Street.
