Some morning clouds are quickly giving way to what should be clear and mostly sunny skies this Saturday.It was 22 degrees at 7 a.m. in Wilkes-Barre according to the National Weather Service

The clear skies should bring a high of 38 and a low of 31, with zero percent chance of rain. Winds should be light, mostly from the west and south west, ranging from zero to seven miles per hour.

Clouds are expected to roll in late Saturday evening, but the chance of rain remains at zero percent.
