WILKES-BARRE — A man stopped around 12:19 a.m. Saturday for a moving violation ended up charged with DUI after refusing a blood test.
Police stopped Christopher Chulock, 30, of Wilkes-Barre at the corner of George Avenue and N. Washington St. for a moving violation and, believing him intoxicated, arrested him for suspicion of DUI. Chulock declined a request to take a chemical blood test and was charged with DUI.
