The National Weather Service indicated that it was 43 degrees as of 6:54 a.m. at the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport, with overcast skies reported.

Partly sunny skies are expected today, with a high near 44. Partly cloudy skies will follow into tonight, with a low around 27.

Mostly sunny skies are predicted to round out the week on Friday, with a high near 38. Partly cloudy skies are expected on Friday night, with a low around 24.
