Elsewhere, South Main and Hazle streets are reporting scattered areas of minor and heavy traffic congestion, while North River Street is reporting scattered areas of minor traffic congestion.

In Kingston, scattered areas of minor and heavy traffic congestion are reported throughout Market Street and Wyoming Avenue.
