Isolated areas of minor congestion are reported on Routes 315 and 115, but the North Cross Valley Expressway is free of traffic congestion.

Near the Wyoming Valley Mall, some heavy congestion is reported on Kidder Street in the area of the intersection with Mundy Street.

Downtown, Wilkes-Barre Boulevard and South Wilkes-Barre Boulevard are each reporting scattered areas of congestion. Carey Avenue and Hazle Street are each reporting scattered areas of minor congestion.

North River Street is also reporting scattered areas of minor and heavy congestion throughout the area.

In Kingston, scattered areas of heavy traffic congestion are reported on Market Street, while Wyoming Avenue is reporting scattered areas of minor congestion throughout the borough.
