Aside from some scattered areas of traffic congestion, commuters in the Wyoming Valley should have little delay on the ride to work and school this morning.

Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstate 81, while scattered areas of minor traffic congestion are reported on Interstate 476.

Some minor traffic congestion is reported on Route 315 in the area of East Main Street, while heavier congestion is reported on Route 115 in the area of East Mountain Boulevard.

The North Cross Valley Expressway is free of congestion, but some could be encountered on the off-ramps. Areas of minor congestion are reported throughout the South Cross Valley Expressway in both lanes of travel.

Downtown, isolated areas of heavy traffic congestion are reported at intersections of Wilkes-Barre Boulevard and onto South Wilkes-Barre Boulevard. Scattered areas of minor and heavy traffic congestion are reported on Hazle Street, while minor congestion is reported on East Market, North River and South River streets.

In Kingston, scattered areas of minor traffic congestion are reported on Market Street and Wyoming Avenue.
