Some scattered areas of congestion are reported in the Wyoming Valley this morning, but commuters should still have little trouble getting to work.

Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstates 81 and 476. Route 315 is also free of congestion, but minor congestion is reported in the southbound lanes of Route 115 from East Mountain Boulevard down to Seven Tubs Nature Area.

The North Cross Valley Expressway is free of traffic congestion, but some could be encountered on the off-ramps. Widespread areas of minor congestion are reported in the southbound lanes of the South Cross Valley Expressway.

Downtown, isolated traffic congestion is reported at intersections along Wilkes-Barre Boulevard and onto South Wilkes-Barre Boulevard. Isolated areas of traffic congestion are also reported on Hazle, North River and South River streets.

In Kingston, isolated areas of minor and heavy congestion are reported throughout Wyoming Avenue.
