Aside from isolated areas of traffic congestion, commuters in the Wyoming Valley should have few delays this morning.

Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstate 81, but isolated areas of minor congestion are reported on Interstate 476.

Isolated areas of traffic congestion are also reported on Route 315, while minor congestion is reported on Route 115 in the area of Seven Tubs Nature Area.

The North Cross Valley Expressway is free of congestion, but some could be encountered on the off-ramps. Minor congestion is also reported in the southbound lanes of the South Cross Valley Expressway.

Near the Wyoming Valley Mall, isolated areas of minor congestion are reported on Kidder, Mundy and Spring streets. Highland Park and Wilkes-Barre Township boulevards are also reporting isolated areas of minor and heavy congestion.

Downtown, scattered areas of minor congestion are reported at intersections on Wilkes-Barre and South Wilkes-Barre boulevards. Isolated areas of minor congestion are also reported on North Main, South Main and East Market streets.

Isolated areas of heavy congestion are reported on West Union and North River streets.

In Kingston, Wyoming Avenue is reporting isolated areas of minor and heavy congestion.
