The rain is finally starting to leave the Wyoming Valley.

The National Weather Service indicated it was 69 degrees at 7:14 a.m. at the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport.

There is a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms before 11 a.m. Slight chance of rain continues in the afternoon. The high will be near 82.

It will be mostly cloudy Tuesday night with a low around 64.

On Wednesday, it will be partly sunny with a high near 82.

Wednesday night will be mostly cloudy with a low around 63.

The clouds are expected to clear up for Thursday, with mostly sunny skies and a high near 85.
