HANOVER TWP. — The Luzerne County District Attorney’s Drug Task Force announced an arrest of a man accused of selling a controlled substance.

The agency, in conjunction with the Hanover Township Police Department, arrested Eric Allen Gima, 25, of Duryea, at 9 a.m. Tuesday.

Investigators said Gima was allegedly selling Percocet pills in the Lee Park section of Hanover Township.

Gima was arraigned before District Judge Joseph Halesey on Tuesday on two counts of delivery of a controlled substance, two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and one count of possession of a controlled substance.

Gima was jailed at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for lack of $20,000 bail.

Court documents indicate Gima is scheduled for a preliminary hearing before Halesey at 9:20 a.m. on Jan. 17.
