Kyle Turonis

Kyle Turonis, son of Gus and Judy Turonis, resides in Avoca. Kyle can usually be seen hanging out with “The Goonz.” Kyle’s favorite teachers are Mr. Amitia and Mr. Richards. He plays baseball and his plan for after high school is to go away to college. The most challenging part of his high school career was waking up in the morning.

Kyle’s favorite movie is “Like Mike.” He enjoys Pizza Bella’s chicken wing pizza. If he could teach any class in the world, he would teach gym class.

Ethan Brown

Ethan Brown, the son of K.C. and Donnie Brown, resides in Dupont. Ethan can be seen hanging out with Nick Terpak, Andy Adkins, Ryan Davis, Vince Shea, and Eddie Warnek. His favorite teachers include Mrs. Craig, Mr. Anthony, Mr. Richards and Ms. McAndrew.

The most challenging part of high school for Ethan was getting up in the morning. Ethan’s favorite food is cheesesteaks, his favorite celebrity is Samuel L. Jackson, and his favorite song is “White Flag Warrior.” The most memorable moment in high school for Ethan was “going camping with the bros.”

If Ethan could start high school over again, he said, “I would play more sports.” After graduation Ethan would like to join the Navy, with his CTT job.

Lauren Kamor

Lauren Kamor, the daughter of Paul and Kathy Kamor, resides in Duryea. Lauren participates in many extracurricular activities including dance, soccer, volleyball, track, Key Club, Stand Tall Club, I.C.E. Club, Journalism Club, Yearbook, Zero Conflict Club, and Student Council.

Lauren’s most memorable moment in high school was “meeting my true best friends and always having them there for me.” The most challenging part of high school for Lauren was getting up in the morning and test and projects. If Lauren could teach any class in the world, she would teach English like her favorite teacher, Mrs. Saunders.

Lauren can be seen hanging out with Kayla Miller, Maddy Mimnaugh, Loran Garnett, and Gabby Galonis. Her favorite movie is “Wreck-It Ralph” and her favorite band is Motionless in White. If she could start high school over again she would “try a little harder, care a little more, and I should have taken more honors classes.” After graduation she plans to go to a four-year college and pursue her career in criminal justice. Lauren’s personal catchphrase is “sometimes you got to fall before you fly.”
