HUGHESTOWN — The annual Patriot Cup, hosted by the Pittston Area Soccer Booster Club, saw 15 local high school soccer clubs take on each other at the Pittston Area Primary Center on Saturday, Aug. 6.
Both boys and girls teams competed for the title. On the boys side, Scranton Prep beat Crestwood for the title. For the girls, it was Wallenpaupack beating Holy Redeemer for the championship.
The Patriot Cup is one of the organization’s largest fundraisers of the year.
