WYOMING — According to Mayor Robert Boyer, two men alleged to have robbed the Uni-Mart at the intersection of Wyoming Avenue and Eighth Street on Monday morning at gunpoint have been apprehended.

Police responded to the scene Monday at about 6:15 a.m.

Police posted the description of the two suspects, surveillance photos and vehicle information and requested assistance from the public.

By about 1 p.m., the two were in custody.

“It was a great team effort,” said Boyer, “between Wyoming, West Wyoming and Exeter police.”

Boyer said the suspects and the vehicle were identified by an officer on patrol in the Exeter area.
