WILKES-BARRE — Police charged a woman with prostitution at the corner of Academy Street and Carey Avenue late Friday.
According to police, India Pronzoni was observed around 11:15 p.m. loitering then was picked up by a subject to be hired to engage in sex for money. Pronzoni, 21, was arrested and charges filed in District Court 11-1-01.
